Qualification for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 must have the following qualifications.

Attender/ Sub Staff

• Applicant must have cleared 8th Standard

Counselor/Incharge FLCC

• Candidate must have a Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.

Desirable:

• Applicant must have Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Faculty

• Applicant has a Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc.
• Candidate has a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.

Desirable

• Candidate must have Retd. Bank Official with working experience as officer and candidate having experience of working as Faculty in rural Development with qualification stated above, will get preference

Watchman cum Gardener

Applicant must have cleared 7th pass.

Experience for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 must have the following experience.

Attender/ Sub Staff

• Applicant Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI/ FLCC Center

Counselor/Incharge FLCC

• Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
• They should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years.
• They should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• Candidate should be well conversant with local language.
• Candidate should have retired from Scale-II & above for FLCC.
• Applicant should be resident of the Bihar State, preferably same or nearby district.

Faculty

• Candidate should be well conversant with local language.
• Candidate should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.

Watchman cum Gardener

• Applicant should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI/FLCC Center.
• They should ability to read and write the Local language preferred.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

In line with the official Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 notification, the salary for the assigned position is mentioned below.

• For Attender/ Sub Staff post applicant will get Rs.6000 per month
• For Counselor/In charge FLCC post applicant will get Rs.15000 per month
• For Faculty post applicant will get Rs.20000 per month
• For Watchman cum Gardener post applicant will get Rs.6000 per month

Age Limit for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

• For Attender/ Sub Staff the minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age limit 35 years.
• For Counselor/In charge FLCC should not be less than 65 years.
