Experience for UCO Bank Recruitment 2024:

Advisor- Learning and Development

• Candidate must have at least 10 years of work experience in the Banking Sector or Financial Institution out of which a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of Training/ Learning & Development/ Leadership role in the Bank at the level of GM & above.

• Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in the field of HR/ Training/ Learning & Development/ Management Development from Academic or Premier Institutes/ Professional Management / Leadership Coaching Institutes

HR Advisor

• Candidate must have at least 10 years of work experience in the Banking Sector or Financial Institution out of which a minimum 3 years of work experience in the Leadership role at the level of GM and above/ in the field of HR at the level of DGM and above.
• Candidate with a background in HR and in the Leadership Role will be given preference.

Advisor- Gold Loan Portfolio

• Candidate must have at least 10 years of work experience in the Banking Sector/NBFC out of which minimum of 3 years at Senior level in managing a Gold Loan Portfolio

Risk Consultant

• Candidate must have at least 25 years of overall experience in a Bank (India/Abroad)/ Financial Institution with exposure to Risk Management.
• Aspirants should have been headed Risk Management for at least 2 Years.

Collections Advisor

• Candidate must have at least 10 years of work experience in the Banking Sector/NBFC out of which a minimum of 3 years of experience at the Senior level in Recovery/ Collection/Credit monitoring functions at the corporate level.
