Office Assistant –

• The candidates should be Graduates viz. BSW/ BA/ B.Com with Computer knowledge (MS Office knowledge, internet knowledge, English and Hindi typing knowledge).

Desirable –

• The candidates should have basic knowledge in Accounts and book-keeping, and shall be proficient in MS Office (word and Excel), Tally and the Internet.

Essential –

• The candidates should be well conversant with Local language.
• Should be a resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/ residing at the headquarters of RSETI centre.

Attendant –

• The candidates shall be matriculated.
• Ability to Read and Write the local language preferred.

Counsellor FLCC –

• The candidates should have a Graduate/ Post-graduate degree from a UGC-recognized University.

• The candidates should be Officers with Rural Development backgrounds i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/ Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture Officers Converted to mainstream banking /Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders/ faculty Members of Training Centers / Colleges with Specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Experience –

• Candidates should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in the Officers Cadre.
• He should have worked as a branch manager on any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as an AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a rural branch for a period of 3 years.
• He should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• Should be well conversant with the local language.
• Should have retired from Scale II and Above.
• Should be resident of the same State, preferably the same or nearby district i.e. Gorakhpur, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria etc.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025:

The candidates selected for the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 will be given a monthly income as listed below according to the posts –

Counsellor FLCC –

• The selected candidates will be given a contract amount equivalent to the last pay and allowances drawn less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs.15000 p.m. whichever is lower.
• Reimbursement of TA/DA for traveling as per the requirement of Post shall be made as per the revised rate of Rs.300/-per day and traveling expenses to be paid on actual basis.

Faculty –

• The selected candidates will be given a monthly income of Rs.30000 per month. No other allowance/ benefit/ payment/ facility will be admissible.
