• Candidates must have earlier worked as Executive Engineer equivalent for a minimum period of 2 years.

Emoluments for MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2025:

Candidates chosen in MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2025, as per the official notification will be paid monthly remuneration upto Rs. 1,00,000. In addition to this, candidates will also be awarded 25% of Emoluments towards HRA and Telephone / Mobile Expenses per month will be paid.

• The selected candidate will be provided Vehicle / Car facilities and unfurnished accommodation (subject to availability). Further, there will be an addition of 10% in Emoluments after completion of every year.

Expenses toward Boarding and Lodging:

• The Selected candidate will also be provided boarding and lodging in the Company Guest House or Hotel as per actual costs while on tour at par with Dy. General Manager (HR).

Tour and Travel:

• Selected candidates will also be paid draw Tour and travel Expenses as per MSPGCL Employees’ Service Regulation, 2015 equivalent to the post of Dy. General Manager (HR).

Tenure and Place of Posting for MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2025:

Candidates selected in MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2025, will be placed at Corporate Office, Mumbai. However, he/she shall have to go on tours as per the requirements.

Tenure:

• The appointment will be made on a contract basis for a period of 01 year initially, which may be extended for further 02 years based on yearly performance review.
