Central Bureau of Investigation Recruitment 2023: Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of consultant for attending to the work related to CBl cases in various courts at Hyderabad and Consultants for Pairvi works in various courts of Delhi. As per the CBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are tentatively 03 vacancies. Selected candidates for the Consultants for Pairvi work will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years. The selected candidates for all other posts will be appointed for a tenure of 01 years, which can be extended for 01 more years.
As per the CBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the Consultants for Pairvi work post should be below the age of 63, and the candidates applying for the other job post should be below the age of 65. Candidates applying for this job post should be Graduates from a recognized University. Candidates should have minimum 10 years of experience in the investigation and Prosecution of Criminal Cases in the Court of Law are eligible for being hired for the above-mentioned post. Interested and eligible candidates have to send their duly filled application along with relevant documents through the post at the address mentioned below on or before the last date. No other mode of application will be accepted. Candidates should be retired officers of the Central/State Police Forces of the rank of inspector or above with experience in the investigation and Prosecution of Criminal Cases in the Court of Law.
As per the CBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates for the post of Consultants for Pairvi work will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years and the selected candidates for all other posts will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year which can be extendable for 01 more years. The Consultants will be hired the whole time and will have no right to undertake part-time private employment during the period of hire. The consultants hired will be utilized by HoZHoB in the best interest of CBl, which would take into account the performance of duties as Pairvi Officers at CBI Courts in Delhi.

As per the CBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary after deducting the basic pension from the pay received at the time of retirement, a specified amount will be taken into consideration for the monthly compensation. If the employee has taken advantage of the commuted value of the pension, the commuted portion of the pension must also be taken into account when determining how much pension must be withheld. During the duration of the contract, no Dearness Allowance, HRA, or increase will be granted. For the purpose of commuting between the place of residence and the place of employment, an appropriate and fixed amount shall be permitted as a transport allowance, not to exceed the rate in effect at the time of the appointment for the appointee.
