The applicant should be a Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Programme in Management (PGDM/ PGPM), with good academic record from a recognized University/Institute.
The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience during the last ten years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/Industrial Relations in an organization of repute.
Director (Personnel) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Managing Director He/She is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing robust personnel and industrial relation policies for the organization besides administration, development and training of human resources of the organization. He/She also oversees the functioning of the purchase, publicity, and inspection Divisions of the Corporation.
The last time/date of receipt of the complete application duly forwarded to PESB is by 15.00 hours on 14/06/2022. No application shall be entertained under any circumstances after the stipulated time/date. Incomplete applications and applications received after the stipulated time/date shall be REJECTED.
