Centre notifies India Mauritius FTA Tariff Rates [Read Notification] The Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) under the Government of India has issued Notification No. 10/2026-Customs, dated March 31, 2026, under sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act 1962 (52 of 1962). The provisions of the said section permit the Central Government to exempt or amend customs duty in the public interest.

Through this notification, the government has amended the previously issued Notification No. 25/2021-Customs, dated the 31st March, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 241(E), dated the 31st March, 2021, by making some revisions in the tariff rates of certain goods imported into India.
