On 04.02.2022 Central Goods and Service Tax (CGST) Aurangabad Nagpur Zone, have busted a racket issuing fraudulent invoices worth Rs 69 crore & availing fake Input Tax Credit (ITC) to the tune of Rs 10.6 crore
The mastermind of fake & non-existent firms has been arrested and Remanded to Joint Commissioner (JC) for 14 days.
21 other fake entities by the same person were also unearthed.
