On 16.2.22, CGST Navi Mumbai has busted a racket of fake invoices.
Officials arrested the proprietor of M/s Shree Ram Enterprises.
The accused had issued bogus invoices of about Rs 100 crore & has availed/passed on fake ITC of Rs 21 cr.
He has been remanded to judicial custody for 14 days.
