Coal India Recruitment 2022: Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (A Subsidiary of Coal India Limited) is recruiting for the position of Advisor (Finance) on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year. There is only one vacancy for this post. The last date for submission of the application is 11-07-2022 by 5 PM. 

Qualification Required is ACA/AICW-A/MBA with specialization in Finance/CAS accountant and the age of the candidate should not be more than 65 years during the Contract Period. The candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria and other conditions as per notification shall be shortlisted and invited for an interview for the final selection.

Qualification Required for Coal India Recruitment 2022:

ACA/AICW-A/MBA with specialization in Finance/CAS accountant.

Experience Required for Coal India Recruitment 2022:

• He must have previous expertise finishing the company accounts while working for Coal India Limited and/or one of its subsidiaries. Statutory Accounts Audit. Cost analysis and budgeting Tax-related difficulties, such as GST and income tax, accounting for sales operations and investments made with the company’s surplus funds, etc. He should also have experience competing for highly lucrative mining, engineering, and construction contracts. acquisition of HEMMs, etc.
• Candidates with experience working as Head of Department (HOD) in CIL or any CIL coal company and with exposure to working with Coalnet and SAP installation will be given preference.

Scale Pay for Coal India Recruitment 2022:

• E8 – Rs. 1,05,000/- (retired in new pay scale of 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 / in old pay scale of Rs. 5 1,300 73,000/-)
• E7 – Rs. 90,000/- (retired in new pay scale of 1,00,000 – 260,000 / in old pay scale of Rs. 43,200-66,000/-)

Selection Process for Coal India Recruitment 2022:

The applicants who meet the notification’s requirements for eligibility and other circumstances will be shortlisted and invited to an interview for final selection. No candidate will get TA for participating in the interview or selection process.
