Overview:

Coca Cola is hiring an experienced Senior Analyst – Digital & eCommerce at their Gurgaon location. The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Senior Analyst – Digital & eCommerce for enabling the acceleration of the B2B and B2C digital commerce initiatives. This role will bring techno-functional expertise comprising industry knowledge, business process, and technology. This role will support product teams to design, build, and implement products and solutions for various stakeholders. Will work with cross functional teams across product, technology, and subject matter experts to deliver projects. This role will be part of the Customer & Commercial and e-Commerce teams with focus on the India & South West Asia geographies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Identify, evaluate, & recommend digital commerce technologies considering scalability, effectiveness, and enterprise fitment for omni-channel initiatives

Design, enable, and manage tech integrations across partner and intermediary retail platforms

Operationalize omni-channel strategies and conduct pilots where appropriate

Enable stable digital commerce operations model

Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional, and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information, and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs.

Develop process models based on business requirements to determine the completeness of the information and process components. Connect business process to product functionality and ensure the reuse, integration, maintainability, and efficiency.

Develop data models (e.g. DFDs) based on business requirements

Develop testing, implementation, data conversion or application support strategies.

Eligibility:

Related Work Experience

Understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand and supply side

Understanding of e-commerce technologies, tools, and platforms

Knowledge of B2B / B2B2C / B2C, Marketplaces and direct-to-consumer models

At least one prior experience technology integration lifecycle

Knowledge of Merchandising, Order management, Fulfillment process implementations

Experience in Agile\DevOps project methodology.

Relevant Work Experience of 7+ years

Excellent communication skills

Preferred relevant Digital Commerce Certification

Preferred from an e-commerce player

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engg.

Preferred Professional qualification of MBA or equivalent
