Cords Cable Industries Limited has received a favourable order from the Office of the Commissioner (Appeals), Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST), Jaipur, setting aside the GST demand challenged by the company for the financial year 2020-21. The order, dated October 16, 2026, was received by the company on October 24, 2026.
The appeal was filed against an earlier order dated February 28, 2025, issued by the Assistant Commissioner, CGST Division, Tijara, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, relating to input tax credit (ITC).
