Court remands back persons involved in fake ITC racket of Rs 370 Cr
Recently CGST Mumbai Central busted a fake GST ITC racket and arrested 2 persons in 2 separate cases involving availment & utilization of fraudulent ITC of Rs. 348 Cr from 278 firms and in other Rs. 22.7 Cr of ITC from 40 firms by issuing bogus invoices.
These persons have been remanded back by Court to JC for 14 days for further investigation.
