For Deputy Manager (Weapons)

Experience-

• Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years post qualification managerial experience in Indian Navy or Ship Building or Ship Repair or Engineering companies or Government/Semi-Government Companies/ Establishments.

For Deputy Manager (Administration)

• Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 60% marks OR Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/ Management  02 years with a minimum of 60% marks.

Experience

• Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years post-qualification managerial experience in Administration areas in Public Sector Undertaking or Engineering Company or Commercial Organisation or Government / Semi-Government Companies / Establishments.

For Deputy Manager (Electrical)-

• Candidates must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.

Experience-

• Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years post-qualification managerial experience in Shipbuilding or Ship Repair or Engineering companies or Marine-related Engineering companies or Government/Semi-Government Companies/ Establishment.

Salary for CSL Recruitment 2024: 

According to the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2024, the selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000.

Place of Posting for CSL Recruitment 2024: 

The selected candidate for CSL Recruitment 2024 will be posted at CSL Mumbai Ship Repair Unit (CMSRU) in Mumbai, or any other CSL unit or project site as requested by CSL. 

Selection Procedure for CSL Recruitment 2024: 

The Work Experience in the relevant job/ area, Power Point Presentation on work experience, Group Discussion-  and interview will be conducted to choose the right applicant for CSL Recruitment 2024.

• Group Discussion- 10 marks
• Personal Interview- 20 marks
