Salary for CSL Recruitment 2024:

As per the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.57624.

Age Limit for CSL Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2024, the upper age limit prescribed for the posts should not exceed 45 years as on 05-03-2024.

Qualifications and Experience for CSL Recruitment 2024:

As mentioned in the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2024, the required qualifications and experience are mentioned below-

For Assistant Engineer (Weapons)-

• The candidate should have 03 year Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualifications in the case of Ex-servicemen.

Experience–

• The candidate should have 07 years post qualification experience in Indian Navy / Ship Building/ Ship Repair/ Engineering Company in the areas of installation, maintenance, repairs, trials and commissioning of weapons related Machinery, communication, sensors and combat management systems on Naval vessels, out of which 02 years should be in a supervisory grade.

Accountant –

• The candidate should be Graduate with M.Com and 07 years post qualification experience in Finance/ Accounting in a Government Establishment / Public or Private Sector Undertaking.OR
• The candidate be Graduate with a Pass in CA/CMA Intermediate examination with Five years post qualification experience in Finance /Accounting in a Government Establishment or Public Sector Undertaking or Private Sector Undertaking.

Experience-

• The candidate should 02 years experience should be in a Supervisory Grade. Experience of working in a computerized environment would be an added advantage.

Based on the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2024, the candidate should have to deposit an application fee of Rs. 400 (Non refundable, plus bank charges extra) to be remitted using the online payment options (Debit card/Credit card/Internet Banking /Wallets/UPI etc) which can be accessed through our Online application facility from 07-02-2024 to 05-03-2024.

Selection Process for CSL Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2024, the method of selection will be based on Written test and Power point presentation on work experience.

The method of selection will include-

• Phase I – Written test (Objective Type Test – 40 Marks and Descriptive Type Test– 40 Marks)
• Phase II – Power point presentation on work experience (20 Marks)

Objective Type Online Test-

• General Knowledge – 5 Marks
• Reasoning – 5 Marks
• Quantitative Aptitude – 5 Marks
• General English – 5 Marks
• Discipline related – 20 Marks

The Descriptive Type Online Test Writing test will be of 40 Marks.
