Delhi Government transfers 150 Government officers [Read Notification]
The Government of the National Capital Territory (GNCT) of Delhi has issued an order for the transfer and posting of Senior Assistants (Grade III – DSS). As per the order, 150 officials are being transferred to other departments.
According to the order, most employees currently working in the Department of Trade and Taxes (DT&T) have been transferred to various departments such as Education, CEO Office, Services, NCC, etc. Additionally, many officials from different departments have been transferred back to DT&T.
The order says that all officials are "stand relieved". This means they must join their new place of posting without waiting for formal relieving from their current offices.
The government has also warned that failure to follow the order will lead to strict disciplinary action.
