DGFT amends Export Policy of Motor Gasoline The Directorate General Foreign Trade(DGFT) amends Export Policy of items under HS Codes 27101241, 27101242, 27101243, 27101244, 27101249, 27101941, 27101944 and 27101949 of Chapter 27 of Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy via issuing Notification. The Notification Stated, "In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby amends the Policy Condition of items under HS Codes 27101241, 27101242, 27101243, 27101244, 27101249, 27101941, 27101944 and 27101949 of Chapter 27 of Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy."

Effect of this Notification: Policy condition amended to the extent of replacing ‘current financial year’ with ‘relevant financial year’ against export of items under the above mentioned HS codes. For Official Notification Download PDF Given Below:
