The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) issued Public Notice No. 50/2015-2020 dated 17th March 2022 to amend guidelines of ANF-4F of handbook of procedures 2015-2020.
The Public Notice is Given Below:
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015- 2020, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade makes the following amendments in the guidelines of ANF-4F of Handbook of Procedures, 2015-2020:

Effect of this Public Notice: Guidelines of ANF-4F of Handbook of Procedures, 2015- 2020 has been amended to allow submission of FIRC in case of exports made to OF AC listed countries under Advance Authorization.
