DGFT Amends Import Policy Condition of Water Melon Seeds The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) vide Notification No. 13 /2015-2020 dated 21st June 2022 amends Import Policy Condition of Water Melon Seeds under ITC(HS) Code 1207 70 90 of Chapter-12 of ITC (HS), 2022. The Notification is Given Below: S.O. 2821(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and section 5 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the policy condition under ITC (HS) 1207 70 90 of Chapter 12 of ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule 1 (Import Policy) as under: [caption id="attachment_139243" align="aligncenter" width="648"] Import Policy Condition of Water Melon Seeds[/caption] Effect of this Notification: Import of Water Melon Seeds falling under ITC(HS) code 12077090 is ‘Free’ till 30.09.2022.
