DGFT notifies amendment in Authorised Agencies to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential) under Appendix 2E of FTP The Directorate General of Foreign Trade(DGFT) has notified amendment in Authorised Agencies to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential) under Appendix 2E of FTP. The Notification Stated as, "In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes an amendment in details of the following agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential) under Appendix 2E of the FTP, 2023." Effect of this Public Notice: The name of 'Expo Overseas Entrepreneurs Association', enlisted under Appendix 2E of FTP, 2023, has been amended as 'Expo Overseas Enterpreneurs Chamber of Commerce'. The address and contact details of Expo Overseas Enterpreneurs Chamber of Commerce and Gurgaon Chamber of Commerce & Industry have also been updated.
