As per the DHAS Hospital Recruitment 2023 Notification, applications are invited for the Post of Senior Residents in the following departments. There are a total of 25 Vacancies for the given posts.

3. Orthopedic – 01

4. Medicine – 06

5. Pediatrics – 04

6. Surgery – 02

7. Radiology – 02

8. Dermatology – 01

9. Microbiology  – 01

Pay Scale for DHAS Hospital Recruitment 2023:

The candidates selected as Senior Residents under the Senior Residency Scheme shall be entitled to Monthly Pay Level 11 (Rs. 67700 – 208700) plus allowances as admissible under the rules.

Age Limit for DHAS Hospital Recruitment 2023:

Based on the DHAS Hospital Recruitment 2023 Notification, different age limits prescribed for UR Category and Reserved Community Candidates are as follows:

The age of the general category candidates should not exceed 45 years as on the date of the interview. The age will be relaxable as per the following rules:

1. 15 yrs relaxable for SC/ST,

2. 3 yrs relaxable for OBC and

3. 5 yrs extra relaxable for Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) candidate

Eligibility for DHAS Hospital Recruitment 2023:

According to the Dhas Hospital Recruitment 2023 Advertisement Minimum Qualifications and Experience prescribed for the Post are as follows:

The candidate should hold an MBBS with post-graduate Degree/Diploma/DNB in the concerned specialty from a recognized University/ Institution and should have a valid registration with Delhi Medical Council and the candidate must not have completed 03 years of Senior Residency in any recognized institution including regular and ad-hoc period.

In case of non-availability of PG candidates, a minimum of 03 years of experience in a concerned specialty may be considered as per the residency scheme. However such candidates will be appointed on an ad-hoc basis for 44 days extendable up to 03 years or till the candidate with a PG degree/diploma/DNB is available, whichever is earlier.

Tenure for DHAS Hospital Recruitment 2023:

The tenure of senior residents is for a period of 3 yrs including any service rendered as senior residents earlier on an ad-hoc /regular basis in any recognized institution. The appointment will be initially for 1 yr or on a pro-rata basis that can be extended further up to a maximum period of 3 yrs subject to satisfactory work and conduct report from the concerned Incharge and vigilance clearance.

Application Fees for DHAS Hospital Recruitment 2023:

The candidates are required to submit an application fee of Rs. 500 for General/OBC/EWS candidates in the form of a Demand Draft Pay order deposit in the Accounts Branch of DHAS, in the favor of Medical Superintendent, Dr. Hedgewar Agya Sansthan, payable at Delhi.

The candidates belonging to the SC/ST category are exempted from payment of fees.

Interview Details for DHAS Hospital Recruitment 2023:

According to DHAS Hospital Recruitment 2023 Notification, interested candidates may report for registration from 09:30 AM till 11:30 AM in the establishment branch along with photographs, Demand Drafts, photocopies of qualifying certificates, date of birth proof, Photo ID card, and address proof. Only those candids whose registration is completed by 11:30 AM shall be eligible for appearing before the interview board. The interviews will be held thereafter. All original certificates must be brought for verification.
