DHBVN Recruitment 2023: DHBVN (Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam) under the Government of Haryana, Power Department is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the Posts of Director Finance in Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (HVPNL), Panchkula and Dakshin Haryana Vitran Nigam Limited (DHBVNL). There are a total of 02 vacancies for the given post, one for each location.
As per the DHBVN Haryana Recruitment 2023 advertisement, the maximum age to apply for this post is up to 56 years as of the closing date for receipt of applications. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria and other conditions may submit their application through the proper channel as per the instructions given in the official notification.
As per the DHBVN Recruitment 2023 official notification, applications are invited for the post of Director of Finance. There are only two vacancies for the given posts, one for each.

2. Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (DHBVNL), Hisar – 01
For applicants from Haryana Power Utilities Must be Chartered Accountants:
There shall be no age bar for the given post.
For applicants other than Haryana Power Utilities:
The maximum age limit for an appointment is below 56 years on the date of advertisement.
The eligible candidates should hold the following qualifications:
For applicants from Haryana Power Utilities Must be Chartered Accountants:
(CA)/Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA & from a reputed institute having more than 4 years experience as Chief of the Finance or Accounts or Audit Wing with a total experience of a minimum of 18 years in any Public Sector Undertaking/Public Limited Company with an annual turnover of Rs. 1000 crores.
The post shall be filled up from amongst the in-service Finance, Accounts, and Audit cadre .-f HPUs.
For applicants other than Haryana Power Utilities:
The candidate must be an officer from the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) or Indian Audit and Accounts Service or Indian Civil Accounts Service or Indian Defence Accounts Service or Indian Railway Accounts Service or Indian Economic Service, with a minimum of 6 years of experience as of the date of advertisement.
Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (ICWA)/MBA from a reputed institute having more than 4-years experience as Chief of the Finance or Accounts or Audit Wing with a total experience of a minimum of 18 years in any Public Sector Undertaking/Public Limited Company with an annual turnover of Rs. 1000 crores.
The selected candidate will be appointed and placed on the case of candidates from PSUs/HPUs, the candidate will be given the option to opt for the pay of Level-16 (Rs. 182200-224100) (as per 7th Pay Commission) or to protect the pay & allowances being drawn from PSUs/HPUs.
The appointment of the selected appointment: candidate as Director/Finance from HPU on a contract/deputation basis will be for three years from the date of joining. However, the minimum tenure shall be one year irrespective of the date of superannuation.
The appointment of the selected candidate as Director of Finance in HPUs will be on a contract/deputation basis for 3 years from the date of joining or till the date of his / her superannuation, whichever is earlier.
