As given in the official notification of ICMR-NCDIR recruitment 2023, applications are invited for Computer Programmer, Project Scientist B (Medical), Research Associate-III, Data Entry Operator and Project Technical Officer under various projects. There are a total of 14 vacancies for the given post.

Age Limit for ICMR-NCDIR Recruitment 2023: 

According to the official notification of ICMR-NCDIR Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is given below-

For Computer Programmer- The upper age limit to apply for the post is 30 years (5 years age relaxation for ST candidates).

For Project Scientist B (Medical)/(Non-medical)- The upper age limit to apply for the post is 35 years (3 years of age relaxation for OBC candidates).

For Research Associate-III- The upper age limit to apply for the post is 40 years (2 years age relaxation for women candidates).

For Data Entry Operator- The upper age limit to apply for the post is 25 years (3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates).

For Project Technical Officer- The upper age limit to apply for the post is 30  years (5 years age relaxation for SC candidates).

Salary for ICMR-NCDIR Recruitment 2023: 

Candidates applying for the given posts will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-

For Computer Programmer- Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 32000 per month.

For Project Scientist B (Medical)-Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 68875 per month.

For Research Associate-III-Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 66960 per month.

For Data Entry Operator-Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 17000 per month.

For Project Technical Officer- Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 54300 per month including HRA.

Qualification for ICMR-NCDIR Recruitment 2023: 

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for ICMR-NCDIR Recruitment 2023.

For Computer Programmer- 

Master’s Degree in Computer Application/ Information Technology /Computer Science recognized institution/ university OR

B.E/B. Tech in c Computer Engineering / Computer Science /Computer Technology/ Information Technology from a recognized co-university.

For Project Scientist B (Medical)/(Non-medical)- 

MBBS degree with one-year Research / Teaching experience OR

MD/MS in Community Medicine/ Pediatrics/ Pathology ObGyn/Hospital Administration from a recognized university.

For Research Associate-III- 

Ph. D in Biostatistics / Statistics/Epidemiology/ Public Health /population health informatics, with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexes (SCI) Journal.

For Data Entry Operator- 

Intermediate OR

12th pass from recognized board. speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through a speed test computer.

For Project Technical Officer- 

Master’s degree in Public Health / Health Information Management /Health Informatics.

Selection Procedure for ICMR-NCDIR Recruitment 2023: 

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview/personal discussion through video conferencing mode after verification of essential qualifications and experience.

In the first instance, all the candidates who fulfill minimum eligibility criteria, in respect of age, educational qualifications, and experience, (wherever required), shall be shortlisted.

If the number of such shortlisted candidates is high and it is not possible to call all of them for an interview. In that case, the ICMR-NCDIR shall further shortlist the candidates, on the basis of some suitable shortlisting criteria, as may be fixed by the appointing authority Le. Director, ICMR-NCDIR.
