EIL Recruitment 2023: ENGINEERS INDIA LIMITED (EIL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Management Trainee. As per the EIL Recruitment 2023 notification, there are total 42 vacancies. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 60000. As per the EIL Recruitment 2023 notification, candidates applying for this job post should not cross the age of 25 years. Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Group Discussions and Interviews.

As per the EIL Recruitment 2023 notification, there are 42 vacancies for the post of Management Trainee.
Candidates should have a Full-time Engineering Degree course – B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc (Engg) in a minimum qualifying period with a minimum of 65% marks.
Candidates above the age of 25 years are not eligible to apply.
As per the EIL Recruitment 2023 notification Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 60000 and accommodation + Transportation charge. If the accommodation and transportation charges are not provided, candidates will get 15000 extra.
Pay Scale on absorption (as Engineer): Rs.60000-180000 Appx. Rs. 19.23 LACS PER ANNUM (Including superannuation benefit and performance related pay). In addition location based benefits and other allowances as applicable to Project Sites shall be paid. Transportation facility and transit accommodation shall be provided depending on the site location.
Shortlisted candidates will have to further appear for Group Discussions and Interviews. Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Group Discussions and Interviews.
