He/she has an MBA or Masters degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or Technology with 20+ years of experience in program management, project management, or delivery management in a related industry.

For Sr. Program Manager

A candidate must consist a graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a relevant field. He/she should have an MBA or Masters’s degree in Public Administration or Public Policy or Social Sciences or Technology with 15+ years of relevant professional experience in program or project management including managing multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously.

For Senior Consultant

A candidate must consist a graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a relevant field. He/she should have an MBA or Masters’s degree in Social Sciences or Technology with 8+ years of experience with 3+ years’ experience, in creating/ managing/ operating large programs or in any lead business positions.

For Consultant

A candidate must consist a graduate degree with a preferable master’s in relevant areas of specialization. He/she must have 4+ years of work experience and 1+ years of experience working with projects at the center and state levels.

For Product Head

An applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or project management with 15+ years of experience in program management, project management, or delivery management in a related industry.

Pay Scale for DIC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of DIC Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted candidates would be paid a monthly salary depending on eligibility and selection criteria.
