DIC Recruitment 2023: Check Posts, Qualifications, How to Apply
DIC Recruitment 2023: Digital India Corporation (DIC) is under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Security Tester, Quality Analyst, Development/ Technical Lead, Consultant / Sr. Consultant- On-Boarding, Head of Operations, Assistant Manager – Conversational AI BoT. As given in the notification of DIC recruitment 2023, there are 06 vacancies for these posts. The appointment will be in New Delhi, however, it will be transferable to DIC project areas in accordance with DIC’s existing policy. The appointment is made on a contractual/consolidated basis.
Shortlisting of candidates will depend on qualification, age and record, and appropriate experience. As per DIC official notification only shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview. According to the official notification of DIC recruitment 2023, eligible applicants can apply online from the official website of DIC.
As per DIC Recruitment 2023 official notification the necessary qualification and experience required for the post as given below:
1. For the Post of Security Tester: B.E/B. Tech. / MCA or Graduate with 1+ years’ experience in proven software development and testing experience in IT.
Experience-
0+ experience in the field of System Security or similar role, Certification in CCNA or OWSE, knowledge of potential attack vectors such as XSS, injection, hijacking, social engineering, and so on,
Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, knowledge and experience with HTTP and HTTPS, as well as their underlying implementations,
Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks,
Basic programming knowledge
2. For the post of Quality Analyst: B.E/B. Tech./ MCA
Experience-
2+ years of proven software developmental API landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies, knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token and OAuth2,
Experience in database design and management,
Experience working in an agile development environment using methodologies like Scrum and tools like JIRA, and Confluence Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, e.g. Git
Good in solution/ architecture design
3. For the Post of Development/Technical Lead: B.E/ B. Tech. / MCA or Graduate with relevant technical skills.
Experience–
6+ years of proven software development experience in IT; may
be relaxed for deserving candidates with exceptional skills/expertise,
Proficient and should have hands-on experience in Java, Hibernate, Spring and Spring boots, etc.
03 years of experience in Spring Boot,
Must have a working knowledge of the general API landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies,
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token and OAuth2, Experience in database design and management,
Experience working in an agile development environment using methodologies like Scrum and tools like JIRA, Confluence
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, e.g. Git,
Good in solution/ architecture design
4. For the post of Consultant/ Sr. Consultant – On Boarding: Graduate / B.E/ B. Tech. (mandatory), M. Tech./ MBA (desirable)
Experience-
4+/ 6+ years of experience in software/ networking project management/operations, enterprise-wide systems integration/implementation projects; may be relaxed for deserving candidates with exceptional skills/ expertise
MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, etc.
Knowledge of Application Performance Tools (Kibana, Skywalker, etc.) would be preferable
PMP/ PMI certification (desirable)
Good written and oral communication skills
Good presentation and analytical skills
5. For the post of Head of Operations: Graduation/ B.E/ B. Tech. / MCA
Experience-
6+ years of proven experience in software development/ testing/operations & maintenance of which 4+ years should be in managing IT operations; may be relaxed for deserving candidates with exceptional skills/ expertise
Operations mindset must be there i.e. sense of urgency in resolving the faults/ issues, diagnosis capability, perseverance, and zeal for continuous improvement
Applied knowledge in application security, DevOps
Working knowledge of API development, Working knowledge of SQL, Java related technologies
Working knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, OS Ticket
Good communication and presentation skills – oral & written.
6. For the post of Assistant Manager- Conversational AI BoT: Graduation/ B.E/ B. Tech./ MCA
Experience-
Overall 4-6 years of development experience in medium to large-scale IT projects preferably AI Bot projects
2 to 4 years experience implementing cloud-enabled applications, Experience in deployment and management on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
1 to 2 years experience in the implementation of Chat/Voice Bots, Conversational AI Platforms will be preferred
Hands-on experience with project management tools & technologies including open sources
Experience in working for a government setup/ project is desirable.

Selection Process for DIC Recruitment 2023:
As per the official notice of DIC Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Applications will be reviewed based on qualifications, age, academic record, and relevant experience. DIC has the right to set higher academic and experience criteria for screening and to limit the number of candidates for interviews. Only the candidate who has been shortlisted will be invited to selection interviews.
