DIO Recruitment 2023: Defence Innovation Organisation (DIO) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Program Executive on a contract basis. As per the DIO Recruitment 2023 notification, there are 07 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years. The Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) framework, launched in April 2018 at DefExpo 2018, primarily aims at the creation of an ecosystem to foster innovation and technology development in Defence and Aerospace in India by engaging industries including MSMEs, Start-ups, Individual Innovators, R&D Institutes & Academia, and providing them grants/funding and other support to create product and services for future adoption for Indian defense and aerospace needs. As per the DIO Recruitment 2023 notification, there are 07 vacancies for the post of Program Executive.
Candidates should have A Master’s Degree in Science, Management, Technology, or Equivalent, with 02 years of relevant experience as the essential qualification. OR Bachelor’s Degree holders with relevant and sufficient experience – the criteria would be a Bachelor’s Degree with 04 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, Experience in consulting, project management, or IT operations will be preferred.
As per the DIO Recruitment 2023 notification, the maximum age limit for the above-mentioned job post is 30 years.
As per the notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 100000, of which Rs. 20000 would be performance-based pay based on monthly monthly appraisal inclusive of Transport Allowance and all taxes. There shall be an annual increase of ₹ 10,000/- per month subject to satisfactory performance.
As per the DIO Recruitment 2023 notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years which can be extendable up to 05 years.
