DLRS Bihar Recruitment 2022: Directorate of Land Records and Survey (DLRS), Bihar invites eligible candidates for the posts of Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer (Advertisement no. 01/2022), Special Survey Kanungo (Advertisement no. 02/2022), Special Survey Amin (Advertisement no. 03/2022) and Special Survey Clerk (Advertisement no. 04/2022).
There are 2556 vacancies for given posts. The online applications will be accepted from 27th September 2022 and the last date to apply is 21st October 2022 till 11:59 PM. Vacancy Details: 96 vacancies (SC: 15, ST: 02, OBC: 24, BC: 06, OBC(women): 05, UR: 41, EWS: 03)
Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering.
Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.
Minimum work Experience: Two years working in government/registered non-government institutions.
Remarks: Minimum 5 and maximum 20 marks will be given for each additional work experience year after minimum work experience.
Honorarium: Rs.59000 (Honorarium 52202.50, EPF and ESI Government contribution 2797.50 /Reimbursement of mobile laptop and internet expenses: Rs.4000/per month for 12 months).
Age Limit:
(i) Minimum age: 21 (twenty-one) years as on 01.01.2022.
(ii) Maximum age: Unreserved (Male): 37 years, Unreserved (Female), Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes (Male and Female): 40 years and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Male and Female): 42 years.
Employment Period: The period of employment on an honorarium-based contract basis will be from the date of employment till 31st March 2024. It can be extended if needed.
Selection Process: On the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation, Inter, Graduation and Post Graduation, maximum 10 marks for matriculation, maximum 15 marks for inter, maximum 50 marks for graduation, maximum 05 marks for postgraduate and minimum work experience For each additional work experience year, the process of selection will be done by preparing the merit list on the basis of weightage of 5 and maximum 20 marks.
Vacancy Details: 240 vacancies (SC: 52, ST: 02, OBC: 34, BC: 29, OBC(women): 16, UR: 95, EWS: 12)
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.
Minimum work Experience: Two years of working experience in a Government/Registered non-government organization.
Remarks: Minimum 5 and maximum 20 marks will be given for each additional work experience year after minimum work experience.
Honorarium: Rs.36000 (Honorarium 29202.50, EPF and ESI Government contribution 2797.50/ Reimbursement of mobile laptop and internet expenses Rs.4000 per month for 12 months).
Age Limit:
(i) Minimum 18 (Eighteen) Years as on 01.01.2022.
(ii) Maximum Age: Unreserved (Male): 37 years, Unreserved (Female), Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes (Male and Female): 40 years and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Male and Female): 42 years.
Employment Period: The period of employment on the basis of honorarium based on the contract, will be from the date of employment till March 31, 2024. The requirement can be extended if required.
Selection Process: After matriculation, diploma and minimum work experience, the process of selection will be done on the basis of weightage of a minimum 5 and maximum 20 marks for each additional work experience year.
