DMRC Recruitment 2022: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is hiring eligible candidates for the recruitment regarding the post of DGM (Geo Technical). There is only one vacancy for this post. The appointment will be on direct recruitment basis. The required qualification for this post is B.Tech / BE (Civil Engineering) and M. Tech / ME (Geotechnical Engineering) with an experience of at least 09 years of industry service at the Executive level; with a minimum of 03 years of experience as a Geo Technical Engineer, in Tunnel Construction of Metro Rail / Highway/ hydro projects. The experience of teaching and research work will not be counted. The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 45 years as on 01/11/2022. The monthly salary will be between Rs 70,000 – Rs 2,00,000. The duration of the appointment will be for the period of one year.

Job Description for DMRC Recruitment 2022

The incumbent of the post shall be responsible for the following –

a. Checking quality and content of engineering deliverables with regard to the geo-tech responsibilities.

b. Propose and implement value engineering proposals related to geotechnical engineering.

c. Identify, predict and troubleshoot geotechnical problems at the site.

d. Coordinate with construction site engineers and design engineers for proper interpretation of geotechnical data.

e. Providing geotechnical engineering solutions as per the project requirements. DELHI METRO RAIL CORPORATION LTD. (A Joint Venture of the Govt. of India and the Govt. of the NCT of Delhi) The Lifeline of Delhi

f. Study and approve the method statements and instrumentation monitoring schemes for various structures/buildings during construction works.

Duration for DMRC Recruitment 2022

The selected candidate on appointment shall be on probation for a period of one year (including the period of training).

Screening Process for DMRC Recruitment 2022

The screening methodology for candidates shall comprise of Personal Interview and Medical examination (Executive Technical category). Candidates would have to qualify for the Screening process and Medical examination, before being adjudged as suitable, for selection. Candidates, who fail the prescribed medical test, shall not be given any alternative employment and the decision of the Corporation shall be final on this issue. The screening process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, experience, expertise, aptitude, and physical fitness. The candidates shall be shortlisted for interview, based on their eligibility / relevant work experience, in the ratio of 1:5, subject to the availability of eligible candidates.
