In accordance with the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the posts of General Manager (Electrical) and DEAN, Delhi Metro Rail Academy (at General Manager/Executive Director Level).

Age Limit for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

For General Manager (Electrical)-

• The maximum age limit is 59 years for Direct Recruitment basis.
• The maximum age limit is 55 years for deputation Recruitment basis.
• The minimum age limit is 58 years and the maximum age limit is 61 years for the PRCE basis.

For General Manager/Executive Director Level-

• The maximum age limit is 60 years.

Salary for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary as given below-

For General Manager (Electrical)-

• The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 120000 to Rs. 280000.
• Parent Department pay plus  deputation allowance (in case of Deputation)
• The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 155000 on a PRCE basis.

For General Manager/Executive Director Level-

• The selected candidate for General Manager will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 120000 to Rs. 280000.
• The selected candidate for Executive Director Level will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 120000 to Rs. 280000.

Eligibility Criteria for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for DMRC Recruitment 2023 must have the given below eligibility-

For General Manager (Electrical)- 

FOR CANDIDATES WORKING IN CDA PAY SCALE-

IRSEE/ Ex-IRSEE officers, presently working in/ /retired (for Post-Retirement Contractual Engagement basis only) from the CDA pay scale at Level 14 (Rs. 144200 – 218200) in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC, or higher; in any Govt. Organization/ CPSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years service at Gazetted / Executive level in any government organization. Officers working in Non-Functional Grade at Level-14 may also apply.

FOR CANDIDATES WORKING IN IDA PAY SCALE-

IRSEE/ Ex-IRSEE officers, presently working in/ /retired (for Post-Retirement Contractual Engagement basis only) from the IDA pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 or higher, in any Govt. Organization/ CPSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years of service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Govt. Organization. Officers working in Non-Functional Grade in the above pay scale, may also apply.

For General Manager/Executive Director Level-

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical, or, Electronics and Communications Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/Institute. A Master’s in Business Administration, or, A Master’s in the relevant discipline shall be a desirable qualification.

Experience- Must have worked for at least 20/ 25 years in a Group ‘A’ service, in the Indian Railways (including the period spent on deputation) and must have worked / must be working currently, in a premier training Institute of the Indian Railways and have had/have, the relevant academic experience, as well as that, of managing a Centralized Training Institute / Academy, like the IRICEN / IRIEEN / IRIMEE / IRITM / NAIR, etc. Officers working in NonFunctional (HAG/SAG) may also apply.

Selection Procedure for DMRC Recruitment 2023:
