Post Name and Vacancy for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

DMRC is seeking applicants from candidates working or candidates who are retired from the Indian Railways/ Govt. Organizations/ PSUs/ Metro’s, experienced, dynamic and motivated candidates with technical expertise in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro coaches for General Manager (Inspection) position. There is only 01 vacant seat for the mentioned post.

Place of Posting for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2024, the place of posting will be Sricity, near Chennai. However, the selected candidates shall be liable to be posted/ transferred to any of the offices/ Project sites under the control of the corporation in India, or, abroad.

Salary for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

The salary offered to the selected candidate for DMRC Recruitment 2024 is given below-

On PRCE Basis-

• The selected candidate will get Rs. 1,82,500 per month.

On Deputation basis-

• The selected candidate will get Parent Department pay plus deputation Allowance.

Age Limit for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

The age restrictions for DMRC Recruitment 2024 is given below-

On PRCE basis-

• The minimum age limit is 58 years.
• The maximum age limit is 62 years.

On Deputation basis-

• The maximum age limit is 62 years.

Qualification for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

For candidate’s retired from Railways/ PSUs in CDA pay scale-

• Officers working in, or, retired (in case of application on PRCE basis) of Railways/ Govt. PSUs in the CDA pay scale of Level 14 (Rs. 144200 – 218200), in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC, in any Govt. Organization/ PSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level and Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro Coaches. Officers working/retired in Non-Functional Grade at Level-14, may also apply.

For candidate’s retired from Govt. PSUs/ Metro in IDA pay scale-

• Officers working in, or, retired (in case of application on PRCE basis) of Govt. PSUs/ Metro in IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000-280000, in any Govt. PSUs/Metro’s, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level and Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro Coaches. Officers working/retired in Non-Functional Grade at above IDA scale, may also apply.

Selection Procedure for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

The selection of candidate for DMRC Recruitment 2024 is based on interview. The list of shortlisted candidates shall be uploaded on DMRC website in the Third week of March, 2024 (tentatively) and interview shall be held in the Fourth week of March, 2024 through online mode (tentatively). The final result will be declared- Last week of March, 2024. (Tentatively).
