DOT Recruitment 2023: The Department of Telecommunications (DOT) is inviting applications from retired Government servants/ retired officers/officials of PSUs or Research Organizations or retired persons from BSNL/MTNL under VRS-2019 for the post of Assistant Director (AD) and Junior Telecom Officer (JTO). As stated in the official notification of DOT Recruitment 2023, there are a total of 05 vacancies available for the mentioned post. Candidate should not be more than 64 years of age on the last date of application. The consultant may have to perform outdoor duties in all over UP(East) LSA jurisdiction. Those who are not able to perform outdoor duties need not apply.
According to the official notification of DOT Recruitment 2023, after deducting the basic pension from the wages received after retirement, a specific monthly amount will be allowed. Starting at 6 months, the contract may be extended depending on performance for a total of 6 terms of 6 months each, or until the employee reaches 65. By the official notification of DOT Recruitment 2023, the starting contract shall be for 6 months and may be extended based on performance for a maximum of 6 terms of 6 months each or until the employee turns 65. The contract may be terminated by either of the parties with prior notice of 30 days even before the expiry of the contract period.
