• The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or a full-time MBA/PGDM course with a specialization in Finance with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institution. Preference would be given to Chartered Accountants.

Experience-

• The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts in an organization of repute.
• Applicants from Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services should have at least five years cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.
• The relevant experience’ in respect of applicants from the Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/ All India Services would include at least seven years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.

Salary for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BHEL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly compensation in the pay scale of Rs.180000 to Rs.340000 (IDA).

Duration for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

The chosen candidates for BHEL Recruitment 2023 will be appointed for a period of 05 years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Selection Process for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of BHEL Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. The board reserves the right to shortlist candidates for interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
