Download 3rd E-compendium of CESTAT Case Laws in Favor of Revenue by CBIC The 3rd E-compendium of CESTAT case laws in favour of revenue was launched on the CBIC website by the Chairman of CBIC, Sh. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, along with Members of the Board and senior officers from Chief Commissioner (Authorised Representative) Hqrs New Delhi. The compendium will serve as a handy reference for all field officers conducting investigations, adjudication, review, and appeals. E-Compendium of CESTAT Case Laws The 3rd edition of e-Compendium has been compiled consisting of pro-revenue case laws passed by various benches of CESTAT. The case laws cover vast range of legal issues pertaining to the domain of the Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax. While compiling these case lav.s. the relevance and importance of the ratios of the judgments concerning issues such as taxability, clarification valuation, limitations, exemplion etc. have been kept in mind. The e-Compendium also provides facility for easy retrieval of case laws issue wise.
