F. No. 7-2/2016-IICA.In exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (iii) of Rule 7 of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs Society Rules, the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Sameer Sharma, IAS (AP: 85) as Director General & Chief Executive Officer in the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs with effect from the forenoon of 24th May, 2018.

About IICA Society

IICA was registered as a Society on 12.09.2008 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 to establish, manage, maintain and run the IICA. The IICA Society is headed by the Honble Minister of Corporate Affairs, who is the Ex- officio President of the IICA Society. A Board of Governors with 16 Members has been constituted comprising government officials, eminent corporate leaders, professionals, heads of prestigious national institutions and experts from different fields. The Board of Governors is chaired, ex-officio, by the Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
