DRDO Recruitment 2023: Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Research Associate (RA) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on a contract basis. As per the DRDO Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are total of 06 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years.
As per the DRDO Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates for the post of Research Associate (RA) will get a monthly salary of Rs. 54000 and the candidates selected for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will get a monthly salary of Rs. 31000. Candidates applying for the post of Research Associate (RA) should be below the age of 35 years and the maximum age limit for applying the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) is 28 years. Research Associate (RA)
Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering with expertise in composite material-based structural design and analysis, optimization of Airframe Design by using new simulation techniques, and automation in the structural design process. (OR) M.E / M.Tech in first division in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering having three years of research, teaching or design and development experience after M.E./M. Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed Journal. Desirable: Knowledge in composite material-based structural design and analysis, optimization of airframe design by using new simulation techniques, and automation in the structural design process.
Electronics and Communication Engineering
Candidates should have Ph.D in Electronics/Microwaves with expertise in design and testing AESA antennas/low observable technologies. (OR) M.E / M. Tech in first division in any discipline related to Electronics, Communication, Microwaves and RF having three years of research, teaching or design and development experience after M.E/M. Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed Journal. Desirable: Knowledge in EM Design, Simulation, and modeling of FSS, Radar Absorbers, Radomes and AESA Antennas.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Candidates should have B.E / B.Tech in First Division with a qualified and valid GATE score (OR) M.E / M.Tech, with First Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate levels.
Selected candidates for the post of Research Associate (RA) will get a monthly salary of Rs. 54000 and the candidates selected for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will get a monthly salary of Rs. 31000.
