DRDO Recruitment 2023: Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Research Associate and Junior Research Fellow on a contract basis. As per the DRDO Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years which may be extended further & upgraded to SRF as per rules. There are 05 vacancies.
As per the DRDO Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the post of Junior Research Fellow should be below the age of 28 years and the candidates applying for the post of Research Associate should be below the age of 35 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC Candidates. Selected candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow will get a monthly salary of Rs. 31000 and the candidates selected for the post of Research Associate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 54000. Candidates will be selected through a personal interview. Interested and eligible candidates should attend the walk-in interview on the scheduled date and venue mentioned below. Mention below is the eligibility criteria for DRDO Recruitment 2023:
Research Associate (Physics)
Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Physics OR Post Graduation in Physics and 03 (Three) years of experience in Research, Teaching or Design and Development with publication of at least one paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
Research Associate (Mechanical Engg)
Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engg OR M. Tech/M.E. in Mechanical Engg and 03 (Three) years of experience in Research, Teaching or Design and Development with publication of at least one paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Candidates should have a Graduate degree in a professional course (BE/ B.Tech) in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Information Science in 1st Division from AICTE accredited Institute/ University with a valid CSIR-UGC (NET)/GATE qualification OR Post Graduate degree in professional course (ME/ M.Tech) in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Information Science in 1st Division at both Graduate & Post Graduate level and both from AICTE accredited Institute/ University.
Candidates with Proficiency in the design and analysis of algorithms. Knowledge of deep learning architecture, Natural Language Processing, and Python, PyTorch OR Proficiency in System Programming and C/C++ c) Experience in utilizing open-source system development frameworks will be preferred.
