DRDO is accepting applications for the post of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Research Associate (RA). There are a total of 04 vacant seats available in DRDO Recruitment 2023.

• For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)- 03
• For Research Associate (RA)- 01

Salary for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary according to their posts.
The stipend will be paid are given below:

For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)-

• The aspirants will get a salary of Rs. 37000 per month.

For Research Associate (RA)-

• The candidate will get a salary of Rs.67000 per month.

Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s age limit should be 28 years for JRF and 35 years for RA as of the last date of application receipt. According to government rules, candidates from the SC, ST, and OBC (NCL) categories will have their upper age limit relaxed.

Tenure for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the successful candidates will hold their position for a period of 2 years which may be extendable for a further 2 years as per rules in force.

Eligibility Criteria for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, candidates must have the required eligibility mentioned below:

For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)-

• The candidate should have a degree of B.E/B. Tech in  Electronics and Communication Engg / Electronics/Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication in 1st Division with Valid NET/GATE qualification.
• The applicant must have an ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication / Electronics/Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication Engg in 1% Division both at Graduate and Postgraduate level.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have knowledge of VERILOG/VHDL.

For Research Associate (RA)

• The candidate should have a PhD in Physics, or M. Tech/ME in physics with o2 years of experience in research teaching, design and development degree should be in the first division wherever division or qquivalent grading is awarded.

Desirable-

• The applicants must have Proficiency in Lasers, and quantum optics, and have Hands-on experience, working in experimental Quantum Optics, and Free Space Optics.
• Exposure to Quantum Technologies– recent progress developments and technology trends.

Selection Process for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the selection is made on an interview. The date, time, venue and mode of interview will be intimated to the shortlisted candidate by post and email.
