Post Name and Vacancies for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, there are 10 vacant seats available for the post of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering and Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering fields.

Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 28 years as on the date of the interview. The upper age limit shall be relaxable to the candidates belonging to SC/ST is 5 years and OBC is 3 years.

Qualification for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

For JRF (Mechanical Engineering)-

• B.Tech/B.E with First Class in Mechanical Engg. from UGC-recognized University with GATE valid score (Paper code: ME). OR
  M.E/M. Tech with First-Class in Mechanical Engg. from UGC recognized University and B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical Engg.) with First Class from UGC recognized University.

For JRF (Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering)-

• B. Tech./B.E with First Class in Electrical & Electronics Engg./Electronics & Communication Engg. from UGC recognized University with GATE valid score (Paper code: EE/EC). OR
• M.E/M.Tech with First-Class in Electrical & Electronics Engg./Electronics & Communication Engg. from UGC recognized University and B.Tech/B.E (EEE/ECE) with First Class from UGC recognized University.

For JRF (Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering)-

• B.Tech/B.E with First Class in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engg. from UGC recognized University. with GATE valid score (Paper code: AE). OR
• M.E/M. Tech -with First-Class in Aeronautical/ Aerospace Engg. from UGC recognized University and B.Tech/B.E (Aeronautical/ Aerospace Engg.) with First Class from UGC recognized University.

Salary for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for a monthly stipend of Rs.31000 with HRA.

Tenure for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 02 years which may be extendable for further 02 years subject to the Internal Screening Committee.

Selection Process for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a walk-in interview. The decision will be made on a candidate’s performance in the interview.

How to Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023 notification, interested and willing candidates have to visit the venue for appearing the interview. Candidates have to carry their duly filled application form along with self-attested copies of their Date of birth Certificate, Degree/Provisional Certificate with Marks Memos and GATE score. card, Caste Certificate, NOC & other testimonials and Copies of GATE Score Card, B.Tech/M.Tech marks memos at the time of the interview. Candidates can download the prescribed format from the official website.

The walk-in interview will be held on 08.08.2023 for JRF (Mechanical Engineering) and 10.08.2023 for others at DLOMI, DRDO Township, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad. The reporting time will be from 09:00 AM to 09:30 AM. Latecomers will not be considered for an interview.
