MCL Recruitment 2023: Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (a subsidiary of Coal India Limited) receives applications from the retired OAS (Odisha Administrative Service) for engagement as an Advisor (L&R) in MCL on a contractual basis. As per the MCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the contract length is initially for one year and may be extended based on requirements and good performance and compliance with CIL policy. The engagement will be made for one (01) available vacancy which will be filled for the vacant post of Talcher Coalfields, Talcher, Odisha. Candidates applying for the vacant position should not be more than 65 years during the contract period. Candidates should have served in the rank of ADM (Addl. District Magistrate) or above in the relevant grade and the company will be eligible to apply. The shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary based on the CIL Policy with Reimbursement for the use of mobile telephones based on the actual bills or Rs.750 per month.
As per the MCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the engagement of the Advisor shall be subject to Medical fitness to be certified by the Company Medical officer. The hired individuals in the post of Advisors will maintain confidentiality regarding informational documents as per extant CIL policy. He/she will be responsible for pursuing with the State Government of Odisha regarding the acquisition of land under various acts.
