DRI seized 211 Kgs of Ganja worth more than Rs.42 Lakhs The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI)'s Officers from Nagpur successfully intercepted a tractor attached with a trolley at Mauda Toll (MH) near Nagpur in the early hours of September 16, in a significant operation. Officers discovered a specially built-in cavity beneath the tram after a thorough examination. The cavity held 211 kilogrammes of Ganja, worth an estimated Rs.42.2 lakhs, meticulously packed in 100 packages. The cautious DRI team quickly apprehended two people who were travelling in the aforementioned vehicle. Both individuals were later arrested under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. The investigation into this significant drug seizure is currently underway, with DRI officers working hard to determine the origins and intended destination of this illicit shipment.
