DSC cannot be processed now, if PAN not Linked with Aadhaar As per the new government guidelines, with effect from 30th April 2024, for PAN Verification, while making a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), the user's name, Permanent Account Number (PAN), and Date of Birth, should match with the Income Tax Data and the PAN should be linked with Aadhar, then only the PAN will be accepted for processing the DSC.
