Post Name and Vacancies for DSSSB Recruitment 2024:

DSSSB is looking for qualified candidates for the roles of Pharmacist, Nursing Officer, Resource Center Coordinator, AYA, Cook, Translator and Section Officer under the different Departments/Local/Autonomous Bodies under Govt. of NCT of Delhi. There are a total of 1896 vacant seats for the mentioned roles.

Qualification for DSSSB Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for DSSSB Recruitment 2024.

For Pharmacist-

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from a recognized
  university or equivalent.
• Candidates must be Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act-1948.
• The Selected candidate has to be registered in Delhi Pharmacy Council within Six months of joining.

For Nursing Officer-

• Candidates must have B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized University or Institute OR Regular course in B.SC. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute OR Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute.

OR

• Candidates must have Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from a recognized Board of Council.
• Candidates must have Registered as a Nurse or Nurse –Midwife (RN or RN & RM) from any Nursing Council.
• Candidates must have Registered as a Nurse or Nurse –Midwife (RN or RN & RM) from Delhi Nursing Council at the time of appointment.
• Candidates must have 01 year experience in minimum 50 bedded hospital.

For Resource Center Coordinator-

• Candidates must have Masters Degree from recognized University.
• Candidates must have B.Ed. (Special Education) OR B.Ed. (General Education) with one year Diploma in Special Education or two years Diploma in Special Education or Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education OR B.Ed. (General Education) and Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Special Education. OR PG Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation) OR PG Diploma in Special Education (Multiple Disability: Physical and Neurological) OR PG Diploma in Special Education (Locomotor Impairment and Cerebral Palsy) OR Secondary Level Teacher Training Course in Visual Impairment OR Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf OR B.A. B.Ed. in Visual Impairment.

For AYA-

• Candidates must have Matriculation or Equivalent Pass from recognized Board/Institute, and having Six (06) months practical experience of working as an Aya form any registered organization. 

For Cook-

• Candidates must be 10th class pass from a recognized Board or institute with certificate of Diploma in Catering from a recognized institute.
• Candidates must Trade Skill Test for cooking shall be conducted to assess suitability.

For Section Officer-

• Candidates must be Graduate from a recognized University.
• Candidates must possess full time Bachelor’s/PG (Masters) Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HRD/Personal Management/ Industrial Relations from a recognised University/Institute.

For Translator-

• Candidates must have Masters Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR Masters Degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR Masters Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi Medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; OR Masters Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level OR Masters Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level.

Salary for DSSSB Recruitment 2024:

The salary offered to the selected candidate for DSSSB Recruitment 2024 is given below-

Pharmacist-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300.

Nursing Officer-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 44900 to Rs. 142400.

The salary offered to the selected candidate for DSSSB Recruitment 2024 is given below-

Resource Center Coordinator-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 47600 to Rs. 151100,

AYA and Cook-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 18000 to Rs. 56,900.

Translator-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 35400 to Rs. 112400.

Section Officer-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 10900 to Rs. 34800.

Age Limit for DSSSB Recruitment 2024:

The age restrictions for DSSSB Recruitment 2024 is given below-

Pharmacist and Section Officer-

• The maximum age limit is 27 years.

Nursing Officer, Translator and Resource Center Coordinator-

• The maximum age limit is 30 years.

AYA-

• The minimum age limit is 18 years.
• The maximum age limit is 27 years.

Selection Procedure for DSSSB Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of DSSSB Recruitment 2024, candidates will be selected on the basis of exam. The details regarding the exam will be communicated later to the shortlisted applicants. The selection process will held in Tier-I Examination and Tier-II Examination.

Qualifying marks as per the category-

• General/EWS- 40%
• OBC (Delhi)- 35%
• SC/ST/PH (PwBD)- 30%
• Ex-Servicemen will be given 5% relaxation in their respective categories subject to a minimum of 30%, if post is reserved for Ex-Servicemen.
