Due date for depositing TDS/TCS for the month of February 2025. Government offices that pay without a challan must remit taxes on the same day.15th March 2025
Fourth installment of Advance Tax for the AY2025-26. Those subject to the presumptive taxation scheme (Section 44AD/44ADA) must pay the whole advance tax liability by this date. Government offices that paid TDS/TCS in February 2025 without a challan must also file Form 24G.17th March 2025
TDS certificates issue for tax deducted under Section 194-IA, Section 194-IB, and Section 194S (by specified persons) for the month of January 2025.30th March 2025
Furnishing of challan-cum-statement for tax deducted under Section 194-IA, Section 194-IB, Section 194M, and Section 194S (by specified persons) for the month of February 2025 by the taxpayers.31st March 2025
Entities that are the parent or alternate reporting entity must submit the Country-by-Country Report (Form 3CEAD) for the financial year 2023-24. Those whose parent entity is located in a country that does not have an exchange agreement with India must also submit this report. Taxpayers claiming Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) for income from the preceding financial year 2022-23 must upload Form 67 if their ITR was filed timely.
