Durgapur Projects Recruitment 2022: The Durgapur Projects Limited (DPL) is hiring eligible candidates for Advisor (Fuel) post. There is only one vacancy for this post. Selection for the afore-mentioned position shall be made through a Personal Interview (PI) in Walk-in Mode and the appointment will be on a contractual basis. Candidature of applicants shall be liable for rejection at any stage of the recruitment process or even after recruitment or joining if any information provided by the candidate is found false or is found not to be in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the employment notification. The applicant(s) working in Government/Semi-Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies should produce the NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued by his /her employer at the time of interview without which he/she shall not be allowed for interview.

The last date for application submission and walk-in interview is 15th December 2022. No TA or other expenses will be admissible to the candidates appearing for the interview. The DPL reserves the right to relax age and experience in the case of deserving and meritorious candidates. The DPL reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement /recruitment process if circumstances so warrant without assigning any reason thereof, at any stage. In case of any dispute, the decision of the DPL management shall be final. In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction shall be that of the Honb’le High Court, Kolkata.

Qualification:

The candidate should hold a degree in B.Tech/ B.E. in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

The incumbent should be well conversant with Electricity Act 2003 and must have working experience of 20 years in any Power Generation /Transmission/Distribution Company having working knowledge.

Age Limit:

The upper age limit for this recruitment shall not be more than 63 years.

Duration for Durgapur Projects Recruitment 2022

The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis for 01 (one) year only which may be extended further subject to the suitability & performance of the candidate/ requirement of the Company and subject to the approval of the Competent Authority.

Salary for Durgapur Projects Recruitment 2022

Consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 80000 only and no other allowances will be admissible. In addition accommodation in Co’s township and the vehicle shall be provided. A higher salary may be considered for deserving meritorious candidates.

Job Responsibilities for Durgapur Projects Recruitment 2022

A. Commercial Function:-

1. Procurement of input materials like Coal, Water, Oil, Stores, Spares & other chemicals & consumables
2. Knowledge of E-Tendering, reverse auction, and procurement through the e-govt portal.
3. Invoicing of electricity bills to DISCOMS.
4. Disposal of fly ash and pond ash.
5. Disposal of scrap.
6. Dealing with consumers of electricity.

B. Electricity regularity affairs:

1. Manage, create and submit all required ongoing State and Central regulatory filings.
2. Interpretation of regulations issued by the Regulator and its effect on business.
3. Attend Appellate Tribunal.
4. Answering the queries of the regulators.
5. Tariff model creation.
6. Drafting of PPA
