Interim CEO of Vivo-India Hong Xuquan alias Terry, a Chinese national, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Harinder Dahiya, and consultant Hemant Munjal were detained under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), they said. According to the sources, they were brought before a court and sentenced to three days in ED custody. An email sent to a corporate spokeswoman by the media seeking comment on the development went unanswered. The Enforcement Directorate has already detained four people in the case, including the MD of mobile company Lava International, Chinese national Guangwen alias Andrew Kuang, and chartered accountants Nitin Garg and Rajan Malik. They are currently in judicial detention.
