According to the BEL Recruitment 2023, Monthly (Consolidated) Remuneration due to the Project Engineer-I/Project Officer-I shall be as follows:

Engagement Term and Remuneration:

The Candidates shall be issued Appointment on Project Engineer/Project Officer Posting initially for 03 Years with subsequent Extension of 01 Year, adding up to Total 04-Years with Elevation/Promotion to 01 Level Higher than the Previous Year in succession 1^st Year, 2^nd Year, 3^rd Year and 4^th Year respectively.

Engagement Terms and Remuneration:

The Candidates shall be issued Appointment on Trainee Engineer initially for 02 Years with subsequent Extension of 01 Year, adding up to Total 03-Years with Elevation/Promotion to 01 Level Higher than the Previous Year in succession 1^st Year, 2^nd Year and 3^rd Year respectively based on the Bharat Electronics Limited Requirement and Incumbent’s Individual Performance in the Role.

Eligibility under BEL Recruitment 2023:

Post Name: Project Engineer-I:

Educational Qualification: 04-Years’ Regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg)/Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.)/ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Engineering Course in the Post-relevant Disciplines from any Duly Recognized University/Institution.

Experience: Minimum 02 -Years

Post Name: Project Officer- I:

Educational Qualification: Full-Time-MBA/MSW/Post Graduate Degree/PG Diploma in Human Resources Management /Industrial Relations /Personnel Management (with Minimum 55% Marks in respect of the Un-Reserved Category/50% for Reserved Community Candidate) from the AIMA Accredited University/Institute.

Experience: Minimum 02 -Years

Post Name: Trainee Engineer-I:

Educational Qualification: 04-Years’ Regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg)/Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Engineering Course (with Minimum 55% Marks in respect of the Un-Reserved Category/50% for Reserved Community Candidate) in the Post-relevant Disciplines from any Duly Recognized University/Institution.

Experience: Nil

Selection Criteria under BEL Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Criteria for Project Engineer-I/Project Officer-I and Trainee Engineer-I Posts, In accordance with the BEL Recruitment 2023 Notification shall consist of i) Objective-Type Written Selection and Personal Interview to be held in Pune. Aggregate 100% Criteria determining the Selection Process will remain in the ratio 85% and 15% for the Written Examination and Interview.

Note*: a) The Candidates who have registered through “Google Forms” shall only be allowed to appear in the Selection Process.

b) The Candidates should invariably carry their respective Photograph Identification Proof/Aadhar Card/ Driving License/Voter Identity Card for participating in the Written Test.

c) The Assessment Weightage will be 85% for Written Test and 15% for Personal Interview.

d) The Candidates declared Successful in the Written Test will be shortlisted for Interviews in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of Merit.

The Minimum Qualifying/Passing Marks for the Candidates for the Written Test and Personal Interview, as follows:
