Last year, due to “a software upgrade,” members of the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) were unable to view interest credits of 8.1% for 2021–2022 in their retirement savings accounts.

And now, EPF subscribers have had to deal with the e-passbook feature being unavailable for several days. According to the EPFO’s website, “the e-passbook facility will be available from 5pm onwards” on January 13, 2023. However, it appears that the problem has not been resolved. EPFO portal’s passbook page still not accessable.

EPF subscribers are complaining on Twitter about not being able to access their e-passbook on the EPFO website.

“EPFO services are unavailable due to technical maintenance issues. We apologise for any inconvenience “is the message subscribers receive when attempting to access their passbook, and some have even complained about the website not opening.

How to download EPFO e-passbook:

Step 2: Enter your UAN , Password and Captcha Code. Click on the third option- ‘Login’.

Step 3: Select your PF e-passbook available on the site.
