As per the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, there are 44 vacancies open for the post of Joint Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Director.

Qualification for EPFO Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, candidates have the must require qualifications as given below-

1. For Joint Director-

Officers under the Central Government or State Government-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. Or
• Five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment to it on a regular basis in posts in level-11 in the Pay Matrix [Rs. 67,700-2,08,700] in the parent cadre or department. and

Educational Qualification-

• Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute; or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.
• 08 years post qualification experience in one or more Database Management or Operating Systems or Network Systems of Programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized institution. Or
• Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.

Experience-

• 08 years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 1 year of experience should be in actual Programming.

2. For Deputy Director-

Officers under the Central Government or State Government-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department.
• With five years of regular service in the grade in posts in level-10 in the Pay Matrix [Rs.56,100-1,77,500] in the parent cadre or department.

Educational Qualification-

• Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute. Or
• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.
• Five years post qualification experience in relevant areas of Programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized institution. Or
• Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.

Experience-

• 05 years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 1 year of experience should be in actual Programming.

3. For Assistant Director-

Officers under the Central Government or State Government-

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department. Or
• With 03 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-8 in the Pay matrix [Rs.47,600-1,51,100] in the parent cadre or department.

Educational Qualification-

• Master’s Degree in Computer applications or Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute; or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
• 03 years post qualification experience in relevant areas of programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or any recognized Institution. Or
• Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.

Experience-

• 03 years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 01 year of experience should be in actual Programming.

Salary for EPFO Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023, selected candidates will get a monthly salary as mentioned below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Joint Director(IS) should get a monthly salary in the Pay Matrix(Rs.78800-209200).
• The selected candidates for the post of Deputy Director(IS) should get a monthly salary in the Pay Matrix(Rs.67700-208700).
• The selected candidates for the post of Assistant Director(IS) should get a monthly salary in the Pay Matrix(Rs.56100-177500).

According to the official notification of EPFO Recruitment 2023 notification, interested and willing candidates can download the prescribed format of the application from the official notification and send the same duly filled application form along with the relevant documents to Shri Satyavardhan Gautam, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II (HRM), Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, 14 Bhikaiji Cama Place, New Delhi- 110066 on or before the due date. No other mode of application will be accepted.

The closing date to submit the application form is 45 days after the released notification. Received applications after the closing date will be REJECTED summarily.
