EPFO Recruitment 2023: The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), New Delhi has invited Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Recruitment on the Post Stenographer (Group ‘C’) vide the EPFO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 24.03.2023 for filling up 185 Vacancies. According to the EPFO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification those Eligible with Willingness for Stenographer (Group ‘C’) under Pay Matrix Level 04 [Rs.25500-81100] in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization should complete the Online Application Process up to the Last Date 26.04.2023. As per the EPFO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Online Application Registration is well in progress effective from 27.03.2023.
Note*: In case more than one Application, i.e., Multiple Application Forms are submitted by a Single and Analogous Candidate, then the Last Application Form submitted by such Candidates shall only be considered for the Recruitment Process.
According to the EPFO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, there are 185 Vacancies will be filled up on Regular Basis:

Pay Matrix Level: 04 [Rs.25500-81100]
The EPFO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Age Limit for General Merit Candidates (as on Closing Date of Online Application) should be as narrated hereunder:
A) Un-Reserved Category Candidates: Minimum 18 and Maximum 27 Years (as on 26.04.2023).
Relaxations in Upper Age Limits applicable in the case of the Candidates under both a) Reserved Community and those in employment with the Employment Provident Fund Organization.
The EPFO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Applicant as on the Closing Date of the Online Application.
Educational Qualification: The Candidate must have passed 12th/Intermediate Class from any Duly Recognized Board.
According to the EPFO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Selection on Stenographer Group ‘C’ Posts shall be completed. The Selection Process for Stenographer Group ‘C’ Posts comprises 02 Stages yielding Final Merit.
The National Testing Agency shall conduct the Stage I-Computer-Based Examination comprising Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions aimed at shortlisting the Candidates.
The Stage-I Test with 130 Minutes Exam Duration consisting of 03 Sections comprises 200 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective-Type 800 Marks with Negative Marking involved.
The Stage II Test, termed as Skill Test shall be conducted for Shortlisted Candidates. The Skill Test comprises a Shorthand Dictation in English/ Hindi at 80 Words Per Minute to be Transcribed on Computer in 50/65 Minutes.

TIE Case Resolving Methodology:
In cases where more than one Candidate secures Equal Aggregates Marks in Phase-I, TIE will be resolved by applying the following Methodologies in a Succession manner (One after another):
i) Date of Birth, with Senior/Older Candidates placed Higher.
ii) Alphabetical Order in which the Names of the Candidates appear.
The Final Selection is subject to Candidate’s fulfilling Eligibility, Rank in the Merit List, Medical Fitness, Verification of Original Documents and such other Criteria as may be prescribed by the Employees Provident Fund Organization.
As per the EPFO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Requisite the Online Fee Remittance stipulated for the Candidates other than Reserved Community (SC/ST/PwBD/Female Candidates/Ex-Service-Men) is as follows:
I) Un-Reserved Category Candidates: Rs.700 (Rupees Seven Hundred) only
II) EWS, OBC Candidates: Rs. 700 (Rupees Seven Hundred) only
